They have several different laptops with severaly different price points. Toward the bottom right of the page at the link below it explains (in the outlet info center) what you're getting. One of my buds bought from there 5 times with no problems...my next one will be purchased there. I was on hold with them for over 40 minutes to see if they'd ship to an APO...my cell died and I lost the connection. Ugh.
