Overall, they did a very respectful job. I hope we see Bob and his wife again, I suggested one or both of them as potential participants in future MILBLOG or SpouseBuzz conferences. Tough on the VA, especially in the companion pieces later that night (Nightline I think?), but we need to see problems for what they are. I hope Bob means it when he says he intends to keep touch with his comrades, the wounded veterans. They could use a high vibility, media advocate. The BF loves this show (when he actually gets to see it) and he's retired SF. What caught me most was the noise. BF keeps telling me how LOUD battle is and this episode conveyed that really well. I actually stopped typing on my laptop and focused solely on the action through the whole hour. I rarely do that. btw - will you bringing the wonderful Mrs Sgt Hook to DC? I agree. Just a random thought ... has anyone had an update on Thunder6, Danjel Bout (365 & a Wake up)& how he is doing. I really hoped he would keep writing after he got home. Oh well I hope his is safe & happy.
