		<description>Remember the other part of Heilein's gov't; only veterans could VOTE, as well as hold office. Veterans ONLY; no one still on Active Duty could vote or serve in office. Sounds like a plan...the original francise in America was ONLY for those who owned property, or the equivalent (i.e., business owners) The reason; they were the TAXPAYERS. Perhaps we ought to go back to that original idea.</description>
