I read the blog of one of the Soldiers in this unit...while heartbreaking to hear they were extended they are doing what needs to be done. May they all come home safe and sound. By the way, I wrote last week about Michael Reagan, the artist who sketches fallen soldiers for their families and loved ones (http://barbette.blogspot.com/2006/10/angel-with-pencil.html)... He has already been contacted by someone at Ft. Wainwright about creating sketches for all of the fallen soldiers of the Stryker unit, and is planning to go up to Alaska to deliver them.
