I worked in a career that involved a lot of juveniles who were often on the wrong side of the law and I know a few that were "offered" the military as an option and turned their lives around. So I'm not saying it's a bad idea. I'm just saying that I know juvenile delinquency has been ratcheted up a few notches. I'm glad to hear the military is vetting them.
