Perhaps we should see what we can do to get the word out to the guys and gals they want to visit...and call for a mass formation "NAP!" No photo ops. No smiles. No handshaking. Just a bunch of public servants NOT doing their jobs with plenty of press coverage of the action. This might help get that picture of Mother Sheehan in that empty tent for her autograph session out of my mind's eye. (No way...that was far too sweet!) Do we have any operatives that might be able to help pull something like this off? If they want to try and play hardball...perhaps they should be mindful of where the bat is. It is unbelievable, but they will shirk the duties that they were elected to fulfill to avoid maybe offending someone on some side. It is absloutely unbelievable, but trying to justify it as "honorable" will be a full time job. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. We need to keep tabs on this kind of stuff. Appalling—yes.
