Agree with Retread. In fact, #5 is a charming habit that is all too rare.

Frankly, this list makes me wonder about the rest on your list. Methinks it may be a bit edited. Or else the lovely and talented Mrs and the pirates are very fortunate indeed!

I generally make it a policy not to argue with a military man but this time I have to make an exception: your number 5 weird habit is just old fashioned manners, atleast in my book.

As for reading in the latrine, how do you get the computer in there?
